Where do you ship?

I am shipping in the U.S. only. Unfortunately, some of the hurdles incurred due to international shipping prevent my small business from offering global shipping at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for ready to ship items to process. A confirmation email will be sent to you with the tracking number. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority with insurance and can take between 2-4 business days to arrive depending on location. 

Please note that I often re-use packaging for environmental purposes. Your item may not arrive in the prettiest package, but I assure you it is securely shipped with care!

What is your refund policy?

No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final as a generous amount of time and resources are utilized to complete each item. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you do custom orders?

Commissions are open! Commissions may take between 4-8 weeks to finish depending on specifications and access to required materials. Please submit your custom request in the Contact page and I will communicate with you via email to provide an estimate, discuss production time and expected ship date for your custom piece. Payment is required prior to production on your custom piece.

Do you sell items not listed in your shop?

I do! I currently sell handmade items in my Etsy store which includes a rotation of pop culture and holiday crafts.
